Ny serie om pigen Anna, der kan tale med de døde.

Døden fylder en stor del af Anna liv. Hendes far ejer en bedemandsforretning, men det er ikke kun de sørgende, der kommer i Annas hjem for at søge trøst og hjælp. Også de døde selv kommer til Anna og beder om hjælp til at gøre de ting, de ikke selv nåede, mens de var i live. Anna har efterhånden vænnet sig til det, men der er én ting, der piner hende. Når nu alle mulige afdøde, som hun ikke har haft noget forhold til, opsøger hende, hvorfor har hun så aldrig mødt den afdøde person, som hun længes efter mere end nogen anden?
Annas egen mor døde, da Anna kun var lille, men Anna har aldrig mødt sin mor blandt alle de engle, der opsøger hende i den lille korridor over bedemandsforretningen.

En dag kommer lægesønnen Frederik ind i bedemandsbutikken med sin far. De skal se på en urne til hans mor. Hende har Anna netop haft et foruroligende møde med, og på tværs af deres meget forskellige verdener finder Anna og Frederik sammen for at finde ud af, hvad der i virkeligheden er sket med hans mor. Men også for at finde ud af, hvad der sker med dem.
